Recruiter Service Levels

We believe all clients are alike and we have no special deals or rates for anyone. Fees are standard for a reason. If demand exceeds our capabilities, we will inform you accordingly.

Search Level 0 (with company name visible)
The basic service will include screening of applicants prior to allowing them viewing access to all jobs advertised. Advertiser has the choice of allowing the job to be viewed by specific talent groups he/she selects or allow wider access to the position. The latter option allows any candidate even without the relevant experience to view the job & therefore apply. In addition all applicants are screened when applying for free membership to the site.

Search Level 1(without company name visible)
All applicants will be screened by our team according to your criteria. A shortlist will be presented at a cost of €30 per applicant.

Search Level 2
The advertiser has the option to have a recruiter intermediate for an interview process and offer candidates the possibility of being represented by a consultant. Recruiter intermediation will be charged at a minimum of €5,000 or 5% of the total compensation, whichever is higher should the candidate in question be chosen. The service package will include meeting co-ordination, advice and assistance in the package negotiation process.

Search Level 3
The advertiser may opt for the service of our in-house recruiters to contact all registered candidates present on the system considered to be relevant for the advertised position. The criteria used will be those provided in the job description. This will be charged at 10% of the total compensation or a minimum of €8,000 capped at €35,000 provided the position is filled by a registered candidate and this is requested on placing an advert exclusively for 1 week. Disclosure of company name is optional.

NON-DATABASE SEARCH LEVELS

Contingency Level 1
We will also offer contingency based recruitment where registered candidates will be introduced to a specific area of expertise without the existence of an opening to registered clients. This will be charged at a flat 15% rate with a fee cap of €50,000 for individuals with under four years experience.

Contingency Level 2
Such placements will be charged at 25% with a cap of €200,000 per candidate for individuals with over four years experience.

RETAINED SEARCH

IN HOUSE RECRUITMENT TRAINING AND OUTSOURCING
In-House Managed recruitment and outsourcing services can be provided on request at an off-site location.

GUARANTEES
Guarantees on placement fees will be offered on Search Level 3 and all contingency levels as well as Retained Search.

FEES AND RATES
These are calculated on the total guaranteed compensation offered to the candidate hired. However should the guaranteed compensation be inferior to the candidate's previous compensation by more than 20%, the fee will be calculated on the previous compensation earned by the candidate, unless otherwise agreed to at the time of introduction.

Candidate Services

GlobalPetroJobs will identify what your area of expertise is through information you input and other information that will be discussed in a short telephone interview with one of our consultants. The software itself will automatically keep you informed with specific positions that are relevant to you, and you will only be able to view positions that clients will consider you for. This will save you and the client unnecessary contact and interviewing time.
